An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and proactive electrician to join our growing team.

We are looking to recruit a part-time qualified electrician to conduct electrical inspection and testing across a variety of projects in residential and commercial settings.

​

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work, with the potential of additional weekend or out of hours work when required. We offer competitive rates of pay and an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Working as part of our team, you will primarily carry out electrical inspection, testing and certification across a range of works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out electrical inspection and testing

• Completing EICRs and other electrical certification

• Testing electrical installations across a variety of residential and commercial projects

• Identifying defects and advising on any remedial works required

• Ensuring all installations meet current regulations and standards

• Completing accurate testing documentation and certification

• Working collaboratively with project teams, contractors and customers

• Maintaining a high standard of safety, quality and workmanship

• Providing flexibility to undertake weekend and/or out-of-hours work should any projects require this

 

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Full electrical qualifications level 3 (or equivalent)

• Experience in inspection and testing

• Inspection and testing 2391 or 2394/2395 qualifications

• A strong understanding of 18th Edition electrical regulations

• Excellent attention to detail

• A professional and reliable approach

• Good communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work efficiently and independently

• A flexible approach to working hours

• A full driving licence & transport
